Care & cleaning

Most of our objects are made from medical-grade silicone, glass, or ABS plastic. All of them are body-safe — but every material has its own care routine.

Silicone

Wash with warm water and a mild, fragrance-free soap. Avoid silicone-based lubricants — use water-based instead, as silicone-on-silicone can degrade the surface over time. Pat dry and store separately from other silicone objects.

Glass and metal

Top-rack dishwasher safe. Compatible with all lubricant types. Store in the original pouch to avoid scratches.

Charging and storage

Charge fully before first use. Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Most pieces will last 2–5 years of regular use with proper care.

Warranty

Every brand we carry comes with the manufacturer's own warranty. If something stops working within that window, email sales@nnlgroup.co and we will handle the claim for you.
