Shipping policy

Every Léva order is sent in a plain, unmarked USPS mailer. The return address reads "LT Wellness." No logos, no brand on the outside — only a courier label.

Where we deliver

United States and Canada, for now.

Rates

USA: flat-rate, calculated by weight at checkout. Free over $99.
Canada: flat-rate, calculated by weight at checkout.

One simple rate per country. Express is not offered — quiet shipping is not built for rush.

Timing

In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding US public holidays).

USA: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Canada: 5–9 business days after dispatch. Duties and taxes are not collected at checkout — CBSA assesses on arrival.

Discretion

Plain mailer, courier label only. Card statement reads "LT Wellness." Nothing on the doorstep gives the parcel away.

Tracking

Tracking arrives by email within a day of dispatch — sent from us, never with item titles or images in the subject line.
