How quickly do you ship?
Orders are shipped within 24 business hours (Mon–Fri, excluding US holidays) from our Austin and Colorado warehouses. USA delivery via USPS Ground Advantage: 3–4 business days. Canada: 4–9 business days. USA Express ($19.95 at checkout): 1–2 business days.
How much is shipping?
USA: $14.95 flat, with free standard shipping on orders over $99. Express available at checkout for $19.95. Canada: $22.95 flat, all provinces and territories. No free-shipping threshold on Canada.
Is the packaging really discreet?
Yes. Plain unmarked USPS mailer, courier label only, no logos or branding visible from the outside. See The discreet promise for the full detail.
What does the billing line look like?
It reads LT WELLNESS. Nothing about the contents appears on your card statement.
Can I return an opened item?
No. For health and hygiene reasons, opened intimate items cannot be returned, regardless of use. We accept returns only on unopened items in original packaging, or on deliveries refused and returned to sender. Manufacturer defects within the warranty window are always covered — email us with your order number.
Do you ship outside the US and Canada?
Not yet — we currently ship to the United States and Canada only. Further international expansion is on our roadmap for 2026.
