Refund policy

Returns & refunds

Because every piece on Léva is an intimate object, refunds are limited by hygiene. Once a parcel is opened it cannot be returned to our shelf — and we will not pass on a previously opened object to another customer.

Refused parcels

If a parcel is refused at the door and sent back to us unopened, we'll refund the original payment method on the day it arrives back at our warehouse, less the original delivery cost.

If something arrives broken or wrong

That is on us. Send a photo and your order number to sales@nnlgroup.co and we will either replace the piece or refund in full. Return delivery on our card, not yours.

Timing

Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after the warehouse receives the object back. Return transit is handled by USPS — we cannot guarantee the inbound timeline, only the day we receive it.

A note

We try to be reasonable. If a piece does not feel right for you, write to us. Refunds are limited by law and hygiene, but we will always read the email.
